Comments Panel includes all comments in current document.You can expand every comment and check its author, category time, and the status of the comments, such asreview and migration status.Comments can also be replied, deleted, set status, displayed and categorized by specific rules.
Click the Comments icon in the buttom-left corner to open Comments panel.
Inspecting the Comments Panel:
- Click
to collapse all comments; click 
to expand all comments. - Click
to select the next comment; click 
to select the previous comment. - Click
to reply the selected comment. - Click
to delete the selected comment. - Click
to set the status of the selected comment.
- Click
to make comments be displayed according to specific rules.
- Click
to make comments be sorted by the specific rules.
- Click
to search comments with words or phrases. The Properties window contains text window, authors and topics.See more in Searching Comments
- Click options to choose Migrate Comments, Create Comment Summary and Import and Export Comments.
Notice:
You can click the Properties of the selected comment in the Comment panel.Take the Properties of Text window for example, the appearence of text window on pages may be changed due to properties changes on the panel.It would be better to modify the comment properties in the text window directly.
